Sandra Kooij, APH researcher and psychiatrist at PsyQ, will accept her position as special chair for ADHD in adults at Amsterdam UMC by delivering her inauguration ‘Time for ADHD, ADHD & Time’ on September 30, 2022.
‘It is high time that society, general practitioners, professors, employers, teachers and care providers recognize and understand ADHD earlier.‘, says Sandra Kooij.
Prior to the inauguration, there will also be a symposium on ‘Time for ADHD. ADHD & Time: chronobiology, sleep, health and lifestyle’. Among others, PsyQ colleagues Emma van Andel and Andreia Hazewinkel will tell more about chronobiology in research and in practice. Also Rutger den Hollander, expert by experience and founder of Super Brains gives perspective on lifestyle treatment with the Super Brains app and cardiologist Janneke Wittekoek tells more about ADHD and the Women’s Heart.
