Dear Colleagues,

As Research Supporters, we spend much of our time communicating with researchers in response to their questions. Many of these questions come in via email and/or as tickets in ServiceNow. Unfortunately, however, there is still a group of researchers who do not know how to find us or, indeed, do not know of our existence.

Therefore, starting Tuesday, September 3, we are going to start a weekly “Support for Research” walk-in clinic from 13-14 pm. Please make this event known within your network of researchers!

In addition, we would like to hear which other departments would like to join this initiative in order to answer as many research questions as possible.
