Specialization
I am interested in Cell Biology, particularly human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC). As a PhD student in Department Physiology, I have been working on the generation of hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) by mimicking the cues of embryonic heart cardiomyocytes development. Our goal is to turn hiPSC-CMs into a more matured platform for simulating cardiovascular illness.
