Amsterdam Reproduction & Development (AR&D) studies the effects of diseases and interventions on human development covering the complete process from gamete to adult.
The AR&D back-end is run by our secretary and two policy officers. The board of directors consist of Prof. dr. Christianne de Groot and Prof. dr. Lidewij Henneman.
AR&D harbors scientists from all backgrounds including clinicians, basic researchers, epidemiologists, psychologists, and social scientists.
Amsterdam Reproduction & development produces an Annual Report. Exemplary are the chapters on PI 's and their PhD students who introduce their studies.
Amsterdam Reproduction & Development is predominantly a partnership between the two locations of the Amsterdam UMC (location AMC and location VUmc) and their affiliated centers.
