The 3rd World Falls Congress will be held in Manchester, United Kingdom from the 24th to 26th of June 2026. This congress will benefit clinicians and healthcare professionals working with older people who have undergone a fall, or are at risk of falling.
The themes for this event include:

Call for abstracts:
Abstracts are now being accepted for the 3rd World Falls Congress. Abstract submission guidelines are available at https://www.bgs.org.uk/abstracts and includes the submission portal. The deadline is 5pm GMT 1st January 2026.
Call for Symposia
The 2026 World Falls Congress invites you to participate in this exciting conference, as a presenter. The conference expects to attract over 800 participants from a broad multidisciplinary range of backgrounds, from around the world.
The program will address key issues in successful falls prevention and treatment activities influenced by the 10 Year Health Plan in the UK. This has three shifts: Hospital to community, Analogue to Digital and Treatment to Prevention.
The programme will cover community and acute hospital settings, from policy and planning, to implementation issues as well as presenting the latest research results.
The deadline for submission is 6pm GMT 1st December 2025.
