Would you like to improve your guidance of PhD candidates? Do you encounter challenges in supervision that you would like to discuss with peers?
In a peer group of experienced researchers and guided by an experienced trainer, the following topics are addressed:
1) the PhD trajectory;
2) optimal alignment with your PhD candidates;
3) your identity as a senior supervisor.
After this course, you will be able to:
- better manage the PhD candidates’ expectations and facilitate timely and successful PhD projects;
- better align with your PhD candidates to unlock their potential, both as a scientific and a non-scientific mentor;
optimize your strengths as a senior supervisor;
effectively share challenges in senior supervision of PhD candidates with peers.
