General introduction of the KWF-DTIM meeting
The KWF working society-Dutch Tumor Immunology Meeting (KWF-DTIM) is the annual meeting of the KWF working society for Tumor Immunology.
For more than two decades, this meeting has been organized as a two day event in “van der Valk hotel Breukelen”.
The meeting aims to connect scientist in the Netherlands working in the field of tumor immunology and to provide an accessible platform for scientist from all career stages to present and discuss their work.
Besides presentation of project updates by PhD students and junior Postdocs several renowned national and international speakers are invited to give inspiring keynote lectures.
The atmosphere is casual and positive and encourages interaction. Therefore, the meeting does not only offer the opportunity to stay informed about the latest work of your peers, but it is also an excellent platform for networking, brainstorming and to set-up or intensify collaborations.
To stimulate meeting engagement by starting scientists, the “AIO-award” is awarded to the most actively participating PhD student.
This year we strive for another successful event and hope you can all join us again in Breukelen on the 13th & 14th of June 2024.
