Focus of research
The focus of my current research is on the relationship between COVID-19 and type 2 diabetes (T2D).
Specific research topics are:
- Impact on COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare use in persons with T2D.
- Effectiveness and safety of COVID-19 vaccination in persons with T2D.
- Follow-up in the general practice after COVID-19 infection, especially in older patients.
