We are sorry to announce this event has reached the maximum number of attendees
for the workshop ‘Recognizing and neutralizing stress and burnout’ for PhD-students and Postdocs.
In this workshop, you will raise your awareness of your personal stress factors and you will learn what resources can help you to regain a better balance. The workshop will focus on three main elements: stress and burnout prevention, recognition and information on what to do in case you are facing it in your personal work environment. Claartje van Sijl will host the workshop through an informative and interactive zoom session. She holds a PhD in philosophy and is a professional counselor and trainer. She has worked with the VU for several years to reduce stress for PhD-candidates and Postdocs. You can read more about her at http://vansijl.com.
This workshop will be held on the 18th of February from 9:30 to 11:30 via Zoom.
