In order to timely put forward the best fitting candidates, we would like to generate a talent database from AII and CCA researchers even though no requests are currently set out. As we don’t know all the hidden gems within the institutes, we ask your help to create this list! You should for instance think of candidates who previously won personal grants, travel/poster/presentation awards for conferences, are pioneers in a promising/upcoming scientific field, have unique achievements in public outreach or published one or more high impact manuscripts.
We ask you to nominate a talent within your team, as well as talent(s) you know of outside of your own team within the institutes by completing “this short online form”. Should you have multiple talented candidates in your team, feel free to fill out a form for each of them. Having someone in your team, or the institute, receiving such an award is super nice for them personally of course, but will additionally create exposure to your research group as well as the institute (win-win-win).
