    2nd Course on Immunophenotyping by Flow Cytometry and Multiplexed IHC This course is intended for PhD students, but there will also be limited spots available for research analysts and post-docs. This is a comprehensive course that covers the fundamentals of flow cytometry analysis and sorting, as well as tissue analysis by means of multiplexed immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptomics. The course is designed to gain in depth knowledge on general technical aspects of the different techniques and how the different components and their configuration influence data acquisition. Special emphasis is placed on panel design, scientific applications, and data analysis.
