We invite all professionals – researchers, data stewards, data managers, fieldworkers, and others – who are involved or interested in cohort research and cohort studies to join this day and celebrate the power of cohort research with us!
What is the Amsterdam Cohort Hub?
The Amsterdam Cohort Hub (see website), nested within the Amsterdam Public Health research institute, is dedicated to improving the infrastructure for longitudinal cohort studies in the Amsterdam region and to increasing their impact on the health of its inhabitants and society at large. The Amsterdam Cohort Hub is established in September 2023 and facilitated by the ‘Sectorgelden’, granted by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. We obtain our goals by connecting cohort studies, sharing resources, increasing visibility, improving cohort support, and securing formal recognition and structural funding.
