With this year's theme "Communicating your science and research", the Postdoc Appreciation Week NL (#PAW-NL) is launching its first edition to recognize the important contributions of Postdoctoral researchers. This nationwide initiative, co-organized by Amsterdam UMC, celebrates their successes, explores their diverse career potential, and raises awareness about the support they need to build fulfilling futures—both in academia and beyond. From local gatherings to online events and social media campaigns, everyone is invited to take part in spotlighting the value of Postdocs.
