Theme “Advancing the Health of Future Generations: An Interdisciplinary Dialogue”

As part of its 'Healthy Future for All' strategy, Amsterdam UMC also extends its focus to the health of future generations. This research meeting aims to bring together researchers from diverse disciplines to explore how health can be safeguarded across generations. Contributions will address the transgenerational transmission of mental health; generational patterns in migrant health; and the challenges of integrating long-term health outcomes into optimal treatment indications and policymaking. The session will conclude with an open discussion on opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration within Amsterdam UMC to advance research, and policy on the health of future generations.
