Are you interested in strengthening patient involvement in your research and learning from colleagues' experiences? Join this interactive session organized by the PIR Working Group at Amsterdam UMC.

This event marks the launch of the new PIR Network at Amsterdam UMC: a community of researchers interested in exchanging experiences, sharing best practices, and strengthening patient involvement across research projects. The session aims to connect researchers, increase awareness around PIR, and support the integration of patients as partners in research.

The programme includes a brief introduction to PIR activities at Amsterdam UMC, followed by short inspirational talks from researchers who actively collaborate with patients in their research. The session will conclude with an interactive brainstorming session, where participants will discuss and work through current challenges related to patient involvement in research.
