Confidentiality Agreements
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement (CDA) is used to protect unpublished information or an unpatented invention in contacts with external parties relating to potential collaborations. LRS will not draft or review CDA's. Please use the two-way template of AUMC LRS template CDA 2023 and complete the missing information.
