According to the 'Volmachtregeling - Amsterdam UMC' only division directors and/or the Board of Directors on behalf of Amsterdam UMC are entitled to sign the research agreements.

Documents submitted directly to the Board of Directors for approval and signatures must be send to rvb.contracten@amsterdamumc.nl accompanied by a cover sheet.

AMC Medical Research BV

For agreements that are administered by AMC Medical Research BV only the board of RS+ is entitled to sign research agreements. Please seek advice of your project controller regarding the procedure.

VUmc Research BV

For agreements that are administered by VUmc Research BV only the board of directors of VUmc Research BV is entitled to sign the research agreements. Please seek advice of your financial advisor regarding the procedure.
