The response to the Amsterdam UMC Mentoring program has been significant, the number of applications clearly underscores the need for researchers to benefit from mentorship. To officially commence the mentoring program, two kick-off meetings will be organized, one at the AMC and one at the VUmc.
The sessions will begin with an introduction to the mentoring program (from 16:00 to 17:00), featuring insights and experiences from previous participants and guidance from an experienced coach on optimizing the program. Following this, there will be an opportunity for networking and drinks from 17:00 to 18:30. These kick-off meetings are for anyone interested in the mentoring program.
