Workshop: Leary’s Interpersonal Circumplex
Leary’s Interpersonal Circumplex, also known as the Rose of Leary, is a
model that provides insight into interpersonal behavior and the dynamics
between people. It offers a practical tool to analyze interactions and explore
alternative ways to improve communication. During the
workshop, participants will discuss
the model, and they will analyze their own case using
this framework.
This model can support mentors in guiding their mentees and help mentees work
towards their personal learning goals.
