The OKE (Opleidingsfonds Klinische Epidemiologie) Grant supports young clinicians in Amsterdam UMC who, in addition to their training (as a general practitioner, specialist, company doctor, etc.), also want to delve deeper into scientific research and get trained as an Epidemiologist.

The OKE Grant reimburses 50% (maximum € 9000) of the tuition fees for the (Dutch taught) the Master's programme in Epidemiology organised by EpidM. For more information about the curriculum, see Masteropleiding - EpidM NL.

Who are eligible?

Doctors working in one of the departments of Amsterdam UMC, with ambition for an academic career: PhD students and young staff members (not more than 5 years after completion of training).

NB. People who have already taken courses at EpidM and now want to enroll in the training are in principle also eligible.
