Focus of research
As a researcher, I have a broad interest in the field of Public and Occupational Health. In my PhD project, I am specifically
focused on investigating the health effects of workers with physically demanding jobs. Understanding the underlying
factors and developing insights to improve the overall well-being of these individuals.
'My research is centered around unraveling the perplexing phenomenon of how individuals who are physically active
during their work -and easily meet the recommended physical activity guidelines- can still experience poorer health
outcomes. '
