Focus of research
I am a social psychologist and close relationships researcher. My work primarily focuses on romantic couples. I am interested in how people navigate difficult emotions in their romantic relationships, how perceptions of partners are formed and effect relationships, on the role that attentional procesees play in dyadic interactions, and the implications for health and well-being.
