Focus of research
My research focuses on how hospital food environments for staff and visitors can transition toward healthier and more sustainable systems.
Using a systems science approach, I apply methods such as group model building, systems archetypes, and reflexive monitoring to identify where and how to intervene. Through this approach, I aim to generate actionable insights that support lasting improvements in the hospital food environment.
