Theme Tailoring Implementation Strategies
Target audience English/Dutch (depends on participants)

General

In the world of implementation science, it is widely recognized that no two implementation contexts are the same. Different settings have different determinants, which can impact the success of implementation efforts. This is why it is essential to tailor implementation strategies to match these determinants. By doing so, implementers can increase the likelihood of successful implementation and achieve better outcomes.

What you will learn in this module:

  • Identifying determinants of an implementation process in a specific context;
  • Developing implementation strategies that address the identified determinants;
  • Apply methods and frameworks such as CFIR, ERIC, Implementation mapping, Tailored Implementation, and ItFits toolkit;
  • Doing implementation research with a focus on mechanisms of strategies.
