Then maybe the D&I Cross Mentoring Program is for you? In a 6-month program, you will engage as a mentee with a mentor, or as a mentor with a mentee, in a conversation about inclusive leadership and new perspectives on talent.

Amsterdam UMC wants to provide additional support and guidance to employees with a bi-cultural background to senior positions. With the help of this program, insight is gained into factors and preconditions that can promote the internal flow of employees with a bi-cultural background. "It is a 'cross-mentoring program,' because the program has added value for both mentees and mentors. By using this program, we are working toward a more diverse and inclusive organization. And it is necessary, because data teach us that if we do nothing, nothing changes," said Simone van Hövell tot Westerflier-Valkhof (manager HR policy, advice and innovation and member of the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee).
