Focus of research
I am a researcher in public health interested in exploring the role of behavioural factors within complex interacting health and social systems in helping people maintain health and functioning over the life course, thus enabling well-being, healthy living, and healthy ageing.
My interests are at the intersection of medicine and society, from conceptualization to implementation. My goal is to understand the challenges that people face in engaging with healthy behaviours, and to find ways to narrow the gap between research creation and societal uptake through implementation science, enabling equitable, accessible, and engaging health knowledge to all.
