Focus of research
As a pulmonologist/thoracic oncologist (MD/PhD) and postdoctoral researcher, my work focuses on how we can further improve the quality of life and care for people living with and beyond cancer or another life-limiting condition. I am affiliated with the Amsterdam UMC and OLVG hospital. My clinical and research interests are centered on thoracic oncology, with a particular focus on the integration of supportive and palliative care for patients with cancer or (end-stage) organ failure.
