The first edition of the Science & Awards Day will take place on Friday, 21st of October 2022 at the Amstel Lecture Theatre, VUmc.
Over the past years, the groups and departments of the VUmc and AMC have fused into Amsterdam UMC. We are therefore happy to announce the first edition of the Science & Awards Day (S&AD2022) for all Amsterdam UMC PhD candidates (formerly known as the VU Science Exchange Day and the AMC Awards session, individually).
The goal of the S&AD2022 is to encourage collaboration and communication between researchers of the Amsterdam UMC across the borders of different departments and research institutes. The S&AD2022 will give you a unique opportunity to present your research, expand your network and get involved in interesting discussions with fellow researchers from research institutes of both locations.
This year’s theme is Collaboration & Communication. In the morning there will be inspiring keynote speakers, interactive workshops and poster pitches. The afternoon will be dedicated to the award sessions and of course the day will close with drinks.
