Please join for an exciting one-day international symposium: Bias in the Mind and Brain: Adaptive and Maladaptive Functions.

On 25 June 2026, leading researchers from Amsterdam UMC and the University of Amsterdam will gather at the Roeterseiland Campus (Building M, Room M1.02), Plantage Muidergracht 12, Amsterdam, to explore how bias shapes cognition, brain function, and behavior—both for better and for worse. The symposium functions as the summit of the 2026 MBCS Summer School “Bias in the brain, mind and society”.  Students will present their achievements during the lunch-time poster session.
