    Mission and vision ACS aims to design novel treatment strategies to prevent and cure cardiovascular disease. Therefore, education, research and clinical activities are concentrated in five research programs.

    Organization The ACS research institute is led by the ACS directorate consisting of two directors and four members representing both locations of Amsterdam UMC.

    ACS magazine Each year the ACS research institute publishes the ACS magazine, highlighting successful research lines and talented researchers in different phases of their careers.

    Partners & collaborations To promote cardiovascular research and stimulate collaboration, cardiovascular researchers of ACS participate in several joint networks.
