This year, the second edition of the Postdoc Appreciation Week NL (PAW_NL) will take place from September 21–25, 2026. During the Postdoc Appreciation Week the AR&D research institute organizes different (free of charge) activities for their midcareer researchers. Introduction workshop on Impact and Valorisation

Curious about how your research can make a difference beyond academia? In this interactive workshop, Eline van Dulmen-den Broeder, Impact Developer at AR&D-IXA, will introduce the fundamentals of research impact and valorisation. Together, you will explore what impact means, why it matters, and how to recognise opportunities to translate your research into societal value. The workshop offers practical insights, inspiring examples, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, making it an ideal starting point if you are new to the topic.

This workshop is primarily intended for (AR&D) postdoctoral researchers. Are you a PhD candidate and interested in joining? You are very welcome to register. If places are available after postdoctoral registrations have been accommodated, you will be able to participate.
