In the ‘Biomarkers Platform Oncology and Neuroscience Research Amsterdam’ (BioDORA) project, the aim is to develop an infrastructure that facilitates access to, and mining of clinical variables and biomaterials, of patients’ cohorts that fall within the research areas of ADORE (cancer and neurosciences). This will result in a browsable, and automatically annotated, catalogue of biomaterials and additional data, that enables researchers to find and request samples for their research (more info).
During this event, you will be given an update of the project’s progress, the BioDORA study dashboard and the BioDORA sample catalogue. Additionally, there will be room to discuss with you how BioDORA can help to increase findability and accessibility of biobank collections.
