Do you have a question about human subject research, but you’re not sure which department or service desk to contact? From now on, you can turn to the general Research Helpdesk of Amsterdam UMC. The helpdesk has been set up as an accessible contact point for researchers and research staff. You can contact us with any questions related to setting up and conducting human subject research within Amsterdam UMC. Whenever possible, you will receive an immediate answer; otherwise, you will be referred to the appropriate office or contact point.

Pilot phase
The Research Helpdesk is currently in a pilot phase. During this period of several months, we will collect user feedback to further develop the helpdesk. Based on the experiences during the pilot phase, it will be decided whether the helpdesk will be continued and possibly expanded with telephone availability and/or consultation hours.
