    Collaboration & Synergy  The AI&I Committee Collaboration & Synergy promotes collaboration and synergy with other research institutes (OZIs), strategic partners, and international institutions. Its goal is to foster joint research projects and innovative initiatives.
  • Grants & Stipends
    Grants & Stipends The AI&I Grant Committee supports researchers in carrying out innovative projects within AI&I. Together with the institute’s management, the committee, issues calls, and evaluates applications. Based on quality, the committee advises management on which projects should be awarded.
  • Annual Symposia
    Annual Symposia The AI&I Annual Symposium Committee organizes the institute’s annual event, shaping the scientific program, selecting speakers, and creating opportunities for networking. Their goal is to showcase research achievements and strengthen the AI&I community.
  • Educational Programs & Talent Development 
    Educational Programs & Talent Development  The Education & Talent Development Committee strengthens education and fosters talent within AI&I. The committee supports high-quality courses in Immunology and Infectious Diseases, collaborates with internal and external partners on educational offerings, and promotes the use of existing talent development programs.

    Valorization Committee  The AI&I Valorization Committee connects researchers, clinicians, and business experts to turn innovative ideas into societal and economic impact. By fostering public-private partnerships, promoting knowledge sharing, and guiding valorization strategies, the committee ensures AI&I research translates into real-world benefits.

    Technician committee AI&I has an active Technician committee. The committee organizes social activities, seminar sessions, a technique exchange program and focuses on the Technican work visit grant.
  • Postdoc committee
    Postdoc committee Our Postdoc Committee is an active group that organizes a variety of activities – from social drinks to lectures and workshops – especially for postdocs at AI&I, and represents the postdoc community in several AI&I committees, making sure their voices are heard.
  • PhD candidates committee
    PhD candidates committee AI&I has an active PhD committee. The committee organizes activities for PhD candidates, such as the annual PhD retreat and PhD Meet & Greets.
