Over the recent years lots of progress has been made in the field of blood biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease. Previously, biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease could only be measured from spinal fluid, but nowadays this can also be done using blood. This is more patient friendly and has practical advantages as well. During this lunch & learn session Nina and Paula will discuss the bloodtest itself and also the research that they are conducting to its implementation in clinical practice.
