Postdocs are essential to the research and teaching, yet the postdoc phase can be one of the most challenging stages of an academic career. Postdoc Appreciation Week is our chance to say thank you and to offer something practical in return: a full week of events designed to support your career development, help you build your professional network and online presence, and bring the postdoc community together.
From a workshop on making career decisions under uncertainty, to a hands-on LinkedIn session, free professional headshots, the national PAW celebration, and a pizza party to wrap it all up: there's something for everyone. We hope to see you there!

Career Choices Workshop — Feeling stuck on which career path to take? Join Meagan Doppegieter for a hands-on session on moving from overthinking to action when facing career decisions under uncertainty. You'll leave with concrete next steps to apply that same week.

LinkedIn Workshop — Ready to level up your online presence? Evguenia Alechine (PhD, science communication and career coach) leads a practical session on optimizing your LinkedIn profile, networking effectively, and building your professional brand.
