We are excited to announce the winners of the AR&D Travel Grant 2026-2027! The Amsterdam Reproduction and Development (AR&D) Travel Grant gives AR&D researchers the opportunity to take their research beyond Amsterdam, whether by attending an international conference or by visiting a research group abroad. With this grant, AR&D helps researchers share their work, expand their scientific network, gain international experience and bring fresh ideas and collaborations back to our research institute. The grant supports conference visits up to €1000 and working visits up to €2500 within the field of reproduction and development.
For the 2026-2027 round, applicants were also asked to keep sustainability in mind when planning their travel. Where possible, they were encouraged to choose the most sustainable travel option. When this was not feasible, applicants provided a clear explanation of why their conference or working visit was indispensable. In this way, the grant supports international scientific exchange while encouraging more conscious and sustainable travel choices.
