We kindly invite research leaders, research institutions, postdocs and others who are involved in postdoc matters across the Netherlands to contribute to the creation of a dedicated program to appreciate and generate attention for our hardworking Postdocs. This is a nation-wide collaboration between several academic institutes of the NFU, incl. Amsterdam UMC, Erasmus MC, LUMC, Radboud UMC, MUMC+, UMCG, Donders Institute (Radboud University), RUG, and the national postdoc network Postdoc NL. We are inspired by the celebration of the Postdoc Appreciation Week in a.o. the USA, UK and Germany and are happy to announce a Dutch Postdoc Appreciation Week to which you are invited to contribute!
This very first edition of Postdoc Appreciation Week NL (#PAW-NL) aims to create attention to the vital position of Postdocs in academia and their successes, as well as to their perspective, broad potential and needs for a successful future within and beyond the academic path. We welcome local and online events and social media campaigns to put our Postdocs in the spotlight. Let's team up and create momentum!
