The VSNU is organizing meeting on plagiarism in education and research. During this meeting, they will discuss a number of questions: what are the legal contours of the concept of plagiarism and how do they relate to the requirements? Are there - from a historical point of view - developments in how people think about plagiarism (and originality)? Which best (or: worst) practices do we find in teaching and scientific research methods?
