In 2026, for the first time in its history, The Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine will hold a congress in The Netherlands from October 7-10, 2026!
Many NVOG members travel to the US annually for this congress, and now it is being organized in the Netherlands for the first time. The Netherlands is making a significant contribution to the SMFM Global Congress in terms of organization, providing postgraduate courses, and invited lectures, with Martijn Oudijk and Eva Pajkrt from Amsterdam UMC serving on the organizing committee.
Postgraduate courses will be held on the day preceding the congress, on October 7, 2026.
The congress itself runs from Thursday, October 8, 2026, to Saturday, October 10, 2026, and will cover the latest developments in our entire field through thematic sessions, combining invited lectures by experts from around the world with presentations of new research.
